Our online registration is done through an outside vendor, Camptrak, and uses a secure system. However, it can be a little confusing, so this page is intended to help make the process easier.
If you have registered online before without any difficulty, click Continue to registration and proceed.
Otherwise, read the following. . .
(you may click Continue to registration and follow along step by step, this page will still be open, too)...
The first page you will see is the blue sign-in page.
If you have registered before, the system remembers your information and you can enter your email and password to continue (go to Step 3 below)
- if you have forgotten your password, simply enter your email address in the bottom box and click SUBMIT, the system will send you an email with your password almost immediately. Go to Step 3 below..
If you are NEW :
enter your email address and type in a password of your choosing, click CREATE A PARENT.
The new screen has 5 steps ("new user" information AND the actual registration).
Step 1 is to repeat the password you just created, twice.
Step 2 asks for YOUR name, address, etc. information *Boxes with asterisk must be completed
Step 3 is your camper's information, in the First Name box feel free to use the more commonly used name (ie Vikki instead of Victoria) it helps for the nametags when they arrive. There will be an option to add other campers later.
Step 4 wants to know what camp you want your child to attend.
- If you know the GRID # (see summer schedule), enter the 5 digit number (last number is 1 for girl, 2 for boy) in the choice box or boxes.
- If you do NOT KNOW the GRID #, Click GRID SELECTOR. A new screen will display with 4 search options. You may click SEARCH, leaving all 4 options reading ALL, or you may narrow your search to: the specific week, camps in your campers Grade group, or by the name of the camp.
- Once you click SEARCH, you will see a grid of camps to choose from. When you find the one you would like, click on the word CHOOSE in the last column. You will be offered the option to make a second choice, which you may do, or click NO MORE CHOICES.
Step 5 requests financial information. To register online you must pay by credit card (no spaces) and include the expiration date (MMYY), secret code, card type and payment amount(s). NOTE: You can change the amount from $100 to a full paymentamount. Your credit card will NOT be charged until the registration is processed.
